Fight Food Cravings Like a Boss

Many people struggle with food "cravings," and research shows that food "cravings" attack at certain times like around bedtime. ðŸ˜ž

This is when your guard may be down and too tired to fight off the craving.
😫When stressed, cravings often win despite our best intentions- we've all been there.

When food "cravings" is out of control, what started out as a little midnight snack, quickly turns into a full-blown feeding frenzy. ðŸ˜µ

Don't worry if you give in, ☺️ just start over the next day and take some steps to avoid another attack.





You can:

✔️ keep junk food out of the house. (Yeah it's hard for me too, Oreos are my weakness). 

✔️ have a healthy snack ready like a pre-cut low sugar fruit bowl or dry cereal

✔️ identify your triggers and avoid them next time

✔️ don't skip meals throughout the day

✔️ sleep through it - I know, easier said than done but you can do it!
